Martin Appliance in Reading was a complete renovation job.  The building is approximately 6,000 sq. ft. with a full basement.  The exterior received a total facelift including a new façade and metal awnings.  The interior was also completely redone with new restrooms, retail area, and an elevator.  The basement was made waterproof and painted and it used for warehousing.
