Martin Appliance is a 20,000 sq. ft. building consisting of a 110’ wide x 175’ long single slope pre-engineered steel building with two lean-tos. The main area is showroom for appliances and furniture with additional space for offices, parts room and warehouse. There is a 1,987 sq. ft. mezzanine to accommodate additional office space. The front of the building is finished with three colors of split-face block, a porch with ‘Classic Green’ standing seam roof panels and ‘Dark Bronze’ aluminum doors and windows giving the building nice curb appeal. Hoover Building Specialists handled all phases of this turn-key project from land development and building design to completion.
