JB Zimmerman is a 130’ wide x 207’ long x 24’-1” high single slope pre-engineered steel building for a True Value Hardware store. The building project includes a vestibule with angled sides and a porch. A roof covered area at the right end of the building provides outside storage and retail area for lawn & garden items. The exterior retail area is enclosed with a fence of split-face block and metal railing. There are two dock doors and an on-grade overhead door to provide access to the warehouse area. The interior includes approximately 19,175 sq. ft. of retail space, 3,020 sq. ft. of warehouse, a screen repair room, lunch room, administrative offices and restrooms. Exterior finishes include two colors of split-face block, flexlite, and ‘Brite Red’ rake trim and standing seam roof panels on the porch. Hoover Building Specialists was the general contractor on this turn-key project.
