East Lehman Street is a 150’ wide x 200’ long x 16’ high pre-engineered steel building. This was a commercial spec building with room for multiple tenants. Exterior finishes include ‘Galvalume’ standing seam roof panels, ‘Ash Gray’ metal siding and trim, and ‘White’ split-face block with sill block accents on the front and sides. The entrances are clear anodized aluminum doors and windows. The building includes overhead doors at the rear of the building and two dock doors with edge of dock levelers.
