Hoover Building Project: St. John Neumann Cemetery

This project includes two separate buildings at the St. John Neumann Cemetery. The maintenance garage is a 9,288 sq. ft. wood framed building featuring 10 garage bays with 12’x14’ overhead doors, a storage area, office and restrooms. The exterior is finished with ‘Burgundy’ screw down roof panels, ‘Lightstone’ steel siding, veneer stone, and three cupolas.
The second building is a 2,544 sq. ft. wood framed office with a porch at the main entrance, reception area, offices, lunch room, restrooms and utility room. Interior finishes are painted drywall walls and 2x4 suspended ceilings. Exterior finishes are veneer stone to 30” above finished floor, flexlite with canamould accents, shutters, and a shingled roof.
