Weiler's Garage is an 11,400 sq. ft. auto repair garage. This trun-key project includes an 80'x120'x20' high pre-engineered steel building with an attached 60'x30' wood-framed office. The steel building contains a parts room, mechanical room, and a fully conditioned 8,500 sq. ft. repair shop with eleven 12'x14' overhead doors for ease of access. The interior steel in the shop is painted white for a bright working environment. The office building includes a sales room, waiting room, office, lunch room and restrooms. Exterior finishes include split-face block around the perimeter of the shop and office, 'Ash Gray' metal siding with 'Colonial Red' trim on the steel building, gray flexlite with canamould trims, and 'Colonial Red' standing seam roof panels on the office and porch.
