Steffy concrete is a 100' wide x 150' long pre-engineered steel builidng. The floor is stepped to accomodate the outside grade making the eave height vary from 17' at one end to 25' at the opposite end. The building features a 24 guage galvalume standing seam roof on a 1/12 slope and painted metal siding on two sides with 'Rustic Red' trim. Hoover Building Specialists supplied and erected the steel building and the owner finished the walls with masonry block and stone veneer.
