Stauffer Tractor Repair is a 105' wide x 130' long x 19' high pre-engineered steel building with a 15'x24'x13' high lean-to. The building includes shop area for tractor repair, a wash bay with a trench drain in the floor, parts storage room, show room and offices. Two bays of the building are open to allow a roof-covered parking area for tractors. The exterior finishes include 'Ash Grey' metal siding with 'Burgundy' trim, a 4' mansard and split-face block at the main entrance.
