Solar Innovations is a 152,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel builidng in Schuylkill County, PA containing manufacturing, warehousing and office areas. This was a turn-key project including every phase of construction from site work through finishes. The exterior includes a 24 guage galvalume standing seam roof and a 26 guage metal siding in 'Almond' paint. Additional features include a crane, mezzanine, recessed dock, and passenger elevator. The glass structures at the office entrance and the skylight were constructed by the owner. Environmentally friendly design and components were used throughout the building project to maintain LEED certification.
