Everlast Roofing is an 81,940 sq. ft. facility for a metal roofing manufacturer. The main building is a 180' wide x 400' long x 26' high pre-engineered steel building with a 35' x 101' -2" pre-engineered lean-to. Some specifics include 24 guage galvalume standing seam roof panels, 26 guage metal siding, and some split-face block on the front elevation. There are two 80'x40' attached wood-framed offices with porches finished with split-face block and flexlite. This turn-key project included all phases of construction from site work to interior finishes.
