Elite Service is a 14,640 sq. ft. building consisting of an 80' wide x 160' long x 20' high pre-engineered steel building with an attached wood framed office. The steel building includes approximately 6,832 sq. ft. of shop area, a wash bay with a trench drain, and a covered loading area designed to support a crane. The office includes a lunch room, conference room, individual offices, restrooms, and driver's lounge. And attic truss design was used to accomodate second floor office space. The exterior finishes include 24 guage 'galvalume' standing seam roof panels and 26 guage 'Almond' metal siding and 'Colonial Red' trim on the steel builidng. The office is finished with two colors of split-face block, flexlite, and 'Colonial Red' standing seam roof panels. This design / build project included design, permitting, and all phases of construction.
