The Ebling’s Service Plus project was an 11,229 sq. ft. addition to an existing pre-engineered steel building. One 12’ bay was added at the same height and width of the existing building, and then the roof stepped up 7’ for the additional 82’ x 125.’ The building is warehouse space for lawn and garden equipment. The exterior finishes include 26 ga. ‘Lightstone’ metal siding and 24 ga. ‘Galvalume’ screw down roof panels.
