D.S. Burkholder is a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office for an electrical contractor. The pre-engineered steel building is 80'x125' with a 16' eave and a 10' eave-line canopy on the one side. Two colors of split-face block and a 4' mansard roof with 'Colonial Red' standing seam roof panels dress up the exterior. The interior includes 8,300 sq. ft. of warehouse space, two offices, a reception area, lunch room, sales room and two restrooms. There is a 1,380 sq. ft. mezzanine above the office area.
