This private riding arena is a 100’ wide x 180’-10” long x 21’ high pre-engineered steel building with an attached 24’-6” wide x 180’ long timber column stall barn.  The riding arena includes white painted steel columns, tongue & groove rider guard around the perimeter, and 14’x14’ slider doors at each end.  The stall barn features a 12’ wide x 180’ long aisle with a hay loft above, eleven 12’x12’ horse stalls, a wash room, feed & tack room, restroom and laundry area.  Stairs lead to a second floor which includes an office, kitchenette, restroom, and a viewing area with large windows to the riding arena.  The exterior is finished with ‘Classic Green’ screw down roof panels, board-n-batten siding, veneer stone and four cupolas.
